When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on regular business days which excludes weekends. All orders ship within 3-4 business days.

What is your shipping policy?

For all US orders, we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $6.99 and free shipping for orders over $85.00.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $20 USD for all shipments to Canada.

For other countries where international shipping is available, we offer flat rate shipping costs that vary based on location. Please email us at shopcoveycollection@gmail.com to discuss international shipping options (we can work together to find the best shipping rate!)

All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Please note that Covey Collection is not responsible for customs, tariff, or import duty fees that may be charged. Duty, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs. International delivery times vary due to customs.

What is your refund policy?

We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
